How do I register for a Pocket WiFi router?
All you have to do is click the APPLY link on this website and fill out the application form on the next page. You can apply if you will stay for longer than 2 days and 1 night.
When will I receive the Pocket WiFi router?
The complete Pocket WiFi set (device, battery charger, manual) will be sent to your address (inside Japan only) on the morning of your first day of usage. ※ The shipping fee (including return shipment) of the total weight of the devices (regardless of the amount of devices) will be ¥1,100 for anywhere in Japan. The shipping fee is waived for usage of 7days or more. A convenient envelope for returning the items after usage will be enclosed. ※We don't ship WiFi router to Okinawa.
How do I use the Pocket WiFi router?
Simply press the power button and choose the network of the router on your phone or other devices, input the password and you're ready to start!
How do I return the Pocket WiFi router?
After usage, please put the complete WiFi router set (device, battery charger) in the enclosed return envelope and mail via Japan postal service. Please mail the package on or before the final date of useage.
What are the payment options?
Your registered credit card will be charged once we have sent the items. If you would like to receive an invoice, please contact us via e-mail.
Can I pick up the Pocket WiFi router directly from the airport?
You can pick up your Pocket WiFi router on the day you are scheduled to begin usage at the airport.
NOTE: You cannot pick up the router on the same day that you apply for the router.

NOTE: Regarding Chubu International Airport, if you would like to pick up the device on Monday from 9:00 to 12:00, the final application deadline will be by 14:00, on Thursday of the previous week.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The shipping fee of ¥1,100 (fixed price regardless the number of devices) will still be charged if you pick the router up at the airport. The shipping fee is waived for usage of 7days or more. A convenient envelope will be enclosed for return shipment of the items.
